Dear Dr. Perry
Although we haven't known each other very long, I have to tell you what a good job you are doing for me. Yes I still have some painful days, but the crying days have lessened.
I have been to many, many doctors and your bedside manner is a 4.0 and that is difficult to find. You never rush me as a patient and you answer all my questions.
When I tell you something isn't working, you take the time to look again and explain. Your motto is slow, let's take our time and win the race.
After physical therapy if I have that severe pain with that terrible face, I hope you will continue to be my primary pain specialist.
